Privacy Rights and Copyrights

Privacy Rights are basically your right to protect and control of the publication of images of you and your minor children. 

MurphyCopyright laws changed in 1978 and read: "unless otherwise specified, the creator owns the copyright."

What does all this mean?  I took the photos, therefore I own the copyright.  You own the privacy rights to pictures of you and your children.  I am posting these pictures here for your viewing pleasure and promise to not sell or publish them elsewhere without your written permission.  Similarly, you cannot sell or publish photos from this site without my permission.

If you see a picture of you or your children that you would like me to remove from this site, please contact me.  I will do my best to remove the picture as soon as possible.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
